Day 12
Well hmmmm... I discovered that being in college I really needed to get a way to have people know what is going on in my life without me having to tell them fifty million times. I also loved to look at others blogs and really I had to just tell myself that I had no reason for a blog until now :) And so drum roll please :) I made a blog :) Fun times fun fun times

Day 10
So let's see here... songs I am so into my music I dunno how I can just pick one song to go with every single mood I have. So we have to pick and see for my moods :)
Happy:
When will my life begin
Getaway
Marry you
Forget You
I've Had the Time of my Life
I'd Rather be with you
Artistic:
Jar of Hearts
Collide
How it Ends
Fix You
Sundrenched World
Gravity
Eyes on Fire
Beautiful
And So these are just a few of my favorite songs :) I can't even put all of them on there but you will probably see a pattern :)

Day 9
Something I am proud of that I have done in the last few days? Well hmmmmmmm.... lets see. To be honest this month has kinda been a slow one with Finals and studying not much else has gone on but let me seeee.... This month I am proud to say that I have studied and pretty dang hard to for my finals. And I felt that I did okay on them. I'm not gonna say I did amazing but I think I did pretty good. :) So I will go with that :) Hooray :)
And this my dear friends is how I felt :P
And this my dear friends is how I felt :P
Dudeeeeee
Please excuse this hideous picture of me but the importance of this is the way I look like. So officially this is why no one in their right mind should ever get up at six in the morning.... EVER. Especially if last night was there birthday... and they might have not even gotten home till 2.... and after they got home she might have realized that she really needs to pack because she literally had nothing packed.... it's possible that she got distracted too because people came over to wish her a happy birthday.... but it wasn't her birthday anymore... but she went out and saw them anyways sooooooo.... she didn't go to bed till 3:30..... Stilll no body should ever wake up at six.... Take it from my experience!

Day 8
So my short term goals for the month :) Well let me just think here :)
1. I want to do well on my finals for Math, History, and Geology.
2. I want to get home to Vegas in one piece with no problems with weather or car troubles!
3. I want to buy all my siblings the presents they need.
4. I want to spend as much time with my family as possible!
5. I want to learn how to snowboard! :)
6. I want to make a snowman
7. I want to be able to go to my ward and feel the spirit like I always do for the Christmas Sacrament special thingamabober.... :)
8. I just want to have a wonderful month with my family and friends :)
So most of these aren't really goals... because school will be out and I dunno what to say but just this is what I want to do and accomplish this month :)
This will be Jess, Me and James on the slopes :) I'm excited :)

Day 7
Okay so honestly so many things have impacted me in my life and I am going to put a few down so here we go :)
1. My family and a lot my mom really. My mom has been there for everything and I mean everything. My family has been pretty amazing in general too :) They are amazing I love them. Without them I probably wouldn't be in the church I wouldn't have anything that I have today... man I'd be screwed up! I love my family :) An important note in this picture I am missing more than half of my family! But this is has good as it gets right now!
2. The Gospel. Come on now how can that not be such an impact in my life! It is the most amazing thing ever! It truly makes me want to be a better person to everyone. It makes me think before I say or do anything. I love this gospel how can you not have the happiest thing in your life?

Day 5
A place I have been to... well hmmmm. You know I feel so lucky I have traveled to so many places! I think that one of my favorite places in the whole wide world that I have traveled to was the Church History Tour. And I can't just choose one place that I went to on the Church History Tour. So I am gonna cheat and just go with two of my favorite places and that would be the Susquehanna River and the Sacred Grove.

Day 3
So I have some of the greatest friends in the world. So how exactly can I choose just one?! I have made so many great friends in the past and now that I have to tell you all about them!My friends from back home are fantastic and they leave so many memories in my mind. And what is so fantastic about it is that we are all still friends. We are all in contact and we still write each other every week on Sunday just to tell each other about our lives in college! I Love These Girls!
My family I think are my greatest friends! I am missing Matt... he was on his mission but he is included in this picture! My family is always there and they love me no matter what and are always willing to help me out whenever I am needing it. I just love my family :) They are amazing :)The Ambassador group is some of my greatest friends and I am so grateful that I have each and everyone of them in my lives today! They are so nice and they really work hard as individuals and as a team. I feel so lucky to be part of such an organization!
My dance ensemble here at school is just superb! I was so extremely nervous into getting into dance because I had had such a bad experience before! But these girls and guys are just so fantastic and they really go out of there way to help you. When you make a mistake they say get it girl get it get it, which is an inside joke, haha. But they are so nice and so supportive over everything you do in dance. It is amazing I love these people :)haha so this is James. No we are not dating although he loves to pretend that we are engaged all the time. haha But this is my friend James and he is one of the greatest people I know! We hang out all the time *cough* because he likes my roommate :) but we talk and text and hang out all the time. It's a blast! I'm grateful to have such a great friend like him in my life here at college :)This is my roommate Jessica! Isn't she beautiful :) I love her to death and I am so glad that we were able to become friends the way we did :) She is one of the most amazing people I have met and we are already so close! She always keeps me happy and on my toes with the things she says to me! We are so alike and I have had so many fantastic, funny, great, spiritual, and so on and so forth nights with her! Love this girl to death :) She is one of my best friends :)
This is my wonderful, fantastic, beautiful, charismatic best friend! She is fantastic and we have been friends since we were 5 years old. How can we not be close you tell me? What I love is that no matter how long we are apart or what happens nothing ever changes in our friendship. She is always her and I am always me. Forever :) it is fantastic. This girl has done so much in my life and we have been through so much together. I will always be so thankful to have her in my life as my example and person to look up to even though she is smaller ;) I love her to death she will forever be my best friend :)

day 30- a picture of you from last year and now, how have you changed since then?
So I really don't take pictures by myself so you will have to suffice with this :)
1. I don't think I will ever grow up. I am still a kid at heart and I would love to watch all the Disney movies over and over again then anything else!
2. Doing ballet since you are 5 years old and then trying to take a ballet class here at CEU is completely different. And slightly boring to me. So I am excited to be able to try new things in dance :)
3. I absolutely hate facial hair! My friends here at CEU that joined in in this No Shave November know how I feel.
4. I have lived in Las Vegas my whole life until now. I didn't know I would like the small towness so much! But I really do :)
5. I love being an ambassador :) Makes me really try and reach out to people that I normally wouldn't even try to talk to. It's nice to try and reach beyond myself.
6. My roommate Jessica is the greatest and we literally stay up till 2 or 3 in the morning talking even though we are exhausted and want to sleep. We just can't shut up it seems. I feel lucky to have such a great roommate :)
7. I tend to overdue the smiley faces. It happens with my happiness I guess hahahaha!
8. I have made bets with friends that I wont be married in 2 1/2 years. When I accomplish that I will get a milkshake :)
9. I have always wanted to go to Italy. Especially to go there on a mission. I know it would be extremely hard with the pope being there and what not. But the fact that they are building a temple in Italy... I wanna go :)
10. I am a little obsessed with musicals :) They make me happy which is why I am so happy that I have Taralynn as another roommate because that's all she listens to :)
11. When I get married and go on my honeymoon. I want to go to San Francisco or New York just so I can go see Wicked! Is that a little bad?
12. I tend to like all music. But I absolutely love just soft acoustic sounds. :) Which is why Joshua Radin is my favorite artist.
13. I really really want long hair. Which makes me so depressed that I have short hair! So my goal is to actually grow it out!
14. I was a nanny for a couple of years and I absolutely loved it! But it made me realize that I shouldn't rush what I have now. So I am grateful to be a college student living life :)
15. Pink and Brown are my favorite colors. And they have been my favorite colors since I was in middle school. It makes me wonder if my colors will ever change?

Tangled :)
So over this Thanksgiving Day weekend home in Vegas :) Jenni and I decided to go see a movie. I still have yet to see Harry Potter and I did want to see that this weekend. So my whole plan was to go see that with Jenni. Turns out that the day she saw it was on Thanksgiving with her family and I really didn't want to miss out on that time with my family so I declined and we both decided that we would go see a movie tomorrow. So here is the day and we both decided since she saw Harry Potter the day before, that we would watch Tangled. It looked like a super cute movie and I had already wanted to see it so we said why not. :)
I have to say that this movie was super duper cute and is completely worth seeing. I was kinda sketchy about seeing it and just waiting for it to be like every other Disney movie. But it was so cute and had a good story about dreams and such :) lol but I really really really enjoyed it. And now I really really really want the soundtrack. haha the music was good too :)
Totally recommend seeing it :)

Boyce Avenue
Okay can I just admit my obsession with Boyce Avenue. I think my roommate Jessica is so sick of me listening to them, but what can I say they are ridiculously amazing!
So if you know me you know that you can basically take any song and make it an acoustic version with an airy mans voice and I am in heaven! Honestly like John Mayer, Matt Nathanson, and Joshua Radin. Nobody knows Joshua Radin but he will be my future husband someday... okay so not really but a girl could only dream right :)
So since I have recently discovered Boyce Avenue I have listened to most of the songs... which are mostly covers but they really are amazing :) I like them :)
So that is my recommendation to all of those who love them acoustic songs :)

In Love...
I am officially in LOVE with this song. I did like it when Katy Perry sung it but now I love it. I love the word changes, I love how it's acoustic, I love how he sings, and basically I love everything about this! Amazing!

Being an Ambassador
So my title starts off as this because I am doing ambassador work right now... or at least I'm supposed to. I kinda took a break :) but let me tell you about being an ambassador. I went into this thinking ya you know it'll be some work but I can handle it and I can, but I will tell you what I had no idea how much work comes into being an ambassador here at CEU. For the past two weeks I have been practically gone due to College Fairs in Las Vegas, High School Tours for Beaver and Cedar City, and Eagle Experiences which are every Friday this month except for the week fo Thanksgiving. So is ambassadors running my life right now... I answer yes. I have missed a lot of school because of it which means I now have to make up a lot of work. Now I may sound like I am complaining a lot about it, but in reality I think this is the most wonderful and life fullfiilling experience I have had.
Being an ambassador doesn't just mean going to different high schools and having kids come by the school to just show them what CEU is all about. I have had to be put in one of the most time consuming jobs in ambassadors that has taught me about being responsible, putting others first, putting my foot down when people take advantage, being organized, and reaching beyond what I thought I could possibly reach.
I have learned so much this year not only just because of the classes I have taken, but I have learned more about how I work and how I react to stressful situations. I have learned to take charge and make people listen. I have learned to reach out to others and to be enthusiastic to those who need it. I have learned to be a friend and a guidance to those that need me. I have learned oh so much about who I am and who I want to be just from joining the ambassador program. I wouldn't dare not tell anyone about this school and what it does for people. How much the school and these programs such as the ambassadors does for its' students. I can honestly say that I love CEU and being apart of the Ambassador program makes it even better :)

Jessica
My roommate Jessica!
I think I first really became friends with Jessica and that was because we had Geology class together so we had that time to sit by each other and get to know each other. Eventually that turned into calling each other to have lunch together and now you wouldn't have ever guessed that we weren't friends! She is pretty much my twin and my heart would just about break if I didn't have her there! We have gotten into our own little disputes but the disputes were nothing but fun such as our flour fight! We always yell at each other but we never mean anything harsh by what we say! I love that we will stay up late and talk to each other about the most retarded things but we laugh anyways! I am way lucky to have Jessica as one of my roommates and I am so glad I have her here with me!

Things...
My family is definetly my number one motivator. Being the first one away to college in my family has been kinda hard on me. I don't have my mom waiting for me at home to ask how my day was or if there is anything that she can do to help me. I also don't have any of my siblings there to just hang and talk or my dad to come in to my room in the middle of the night and just talk to me about anything and everything.
The ambassador team. If I did not have my team of ambassadors I think I would just about die. They are just a spectacular group and we get along so well. Not only that but we all look after each other and if anyone needs anything we're always there for the other one. I also have Terry the man over the ambassadors. He takes care of each and everyone of us. He is an amazing man and he takes care of us like we are all his kids. I love the ambassadors
The Gospel. I have never felt so much need for the Lords help and for the need of the Gospel in my life. Not being at home just made it more clearer to me that I not only want the gospel but I NEED the gospel in my life. Being away from my ward family and my own family who would go to church every Sunday just made it more of a habit for me to come to church and to really realize how much I do need it in my life. And not only need it but I love it.So you'll have to ignore the photo, especially since my ward is really nothing like this. I am thankful for my ward though. They are all so nice and even though I don't know everyone in the ward yet but they have all accepted everyone and that is what I appreciated the most. I also have to say my gratitude toward my new bishop: Bishop Dunn. He is one of the greatest men I have known and he reaches out to each and everyone of us. I am way grateful for my ward.

Mathew Colt Stewart
So I decided that my brother who just recently got home off his mission, and by recently I mean last Wednesday, should get a little sunshine in my blog. So off we go :)
I remember the exact day we dropped Matt off at the MTC it was September 24th which was a Wednesday and at 11:00a.m. (I believe since I forgot to bring a skirt and so we had to go buy one and everything was closed at 10 in the morning. Only in Utah really.) I remember taking pictures and then sitting inside their big hall and watching the LDS family commercials. Which I did not think was the best thing since that just made me cry harder when I had to hug him goodbye and walk out one door while he had to walk out another at the opposite side of the room. That day was sad and I remember anything that would remind us of him would make us cry like his tie that he had draped over the couch.
Now after serving the Lord and the beloved people in El Salvador. For being in all the positions you could possibly be in. He has now returned home has an RM. And since he came home on Wednesday of course I wanted to be there when he got off the plane, but I had a couple different problems that were stopping me from going to Vegas. So while I was looking at my Ambassador Calendar I saw that there was a college fair in Vegas so if I could then get a car there would be no money issue and I would be excused from school. It sounded good enough to me so my room mate Jess, my friend Gavin, his friend James and me all headed down to Vegas for the weekend. I surprised them all except my Dad and my little brother. It turned out to be a wonderful weekend with General Conference and just being around my family. We spent time on the strip, drove to Sandy, went to General Conference, drove to Price, and hung out with my brother and friends all night long. I don't have pictures at this moment but I will post them as soon as I do have access to them.
All together I am beyond happy that my brother is home and that he has served a full 24 month mission. I'm glad he was able to serve those he worked with and that he was able to learn so much. I am happy that I will get to see him and that I no longer have to wait every week for his letters. I am also grateful for his letters and his words of wisdom as he would speak and tell me things that I felt I needed to hear.
I love my brother and I can't wait to hear everything he wants to talk about at his homecoming. I love you Matt.

Adventures in Ephraim!
So this past weekend was an adventure! But let me start off like this a week ago my friend Brandon asked if I wanted to go to Ephraim this weekend. He knew Jenni was in Ephraim and so he just was being a nice guy and asked if I wanted to go. Of course I did and so I was off to Ephraim with my friend Gavin, Jessica, Brandon, and Rio. So this weekend of course I stayed with Jenni and we got to talk and hang out like old times :) I also got to meet all of her room mates who were really nice and also her friend Loreil, whom I really liked! My friend Gavin also had his two friends and so we just hung out most of the time. We started out by going to the SNOW college dance where we got to paint each other and it all glowed in the dark it was a lot of fun besides being squashed in the group of really really really tall people jumping all around!!!!!!!! The only downer part of that night was trying to get all the paint off which was painful! So we all went and hopped into the hot tub and after that we went and watched the movie Robin Hood which most of us fell asleep to hahaha. But nevertheless it was still fun.
The next day though all the girls slept until 12:30 bad idea... hahaha mostly because we got a hate call from Brandon saying we needed to get up because they were bored. So we did and we went to this Chinese Restaurant which totally got my sick today. Anyways we also went to the CEU vs. SNOW volleyball game which we sadly lost :( And then later that night Gavin's friend James and me went swing dancing with was a blast. This weekend was so much fun and I know this is poorly written because my brain refuses to function today, but it was still so much fun and I would have not traded this weekend for anything!

Labor Day Weekend
So yes, yes it is Labor Day Weekend. I always used to love this holiday because by the time school started you already had your first weekend off! So of course when this weekend had rolled by I was contemplating on what I could do and what I should do. Being away from home is different when we have weekends off and for multiple reasons.
1. I have no car, so I can't visit home.
2. Because I am not at home I can't just visit with my family.
3. If I were to go somewhere I wouldn't know where to stay.
So because of these reasons I had no idea what I was going to do over this break and I did not just want to stay in my dorm when the rest of my room mates were leaving town. So as I was thinking about what to do I realized that my cousin Loren lived in Provo which is only about an hour to an hour and a half away. So I had messaged my cousin and went to see if it was possible that we would be able to spend the time together this weekend. Unfortunately Loren was going to be out of town but his girlfriend Maggie would be there and so I did decide to spend the weekend with her. There was a problem with trying to find a ride into Provo but that soon vanished as I found out my friend Emily was driving home to Provo. So it all worked out and Maggie and I spent time together this weekend!
So this weekend we really got to know each other and now we are really close which makes me uber happy! We also did a lot of things like we went to Seven Peaks water park and Maggie's room mates put on a Dessert night. It was so much fun and this was a very memorable Labor Day Weekend and I am so glad I decided to come to Provo and hang out with Maggie!

My Best Friend :)
So I had to just first start off by saying how much I love my best friend!
Love you Jenni :)
She makes me smile and she is one of the people that I miss the most! We have been best friends since we were little girls. Being in the same ward and Elementary school, it wasn't hard to get along. Since those precious days in Kindergarten till now we have remained close and she is fan-freaking-tastic! Even when she does send me evil angry texts about me never calling her... which I do call her... sometimes.
So basically I am writing this about her because it really is her that knows me like an open book. She knows when I'm upset because she notices the slight shake in my voice. Or she knows that I am being serious because I am calm and speaking about things like I have really thought them over. Or that I am excited because my voice starts squeling! Just like a few moments ago she sends me a text that says the following "you miss me, just sayin." And of course our conversations follow in an order of calling each other jerks and saying things that make no sense to anyone but us. I love her and do miss her. Even when she calls me a jerk. Love you Jenni :)
